Issue:
I am getting an error when I go into BetsyN1 – EMR Global HR Manager PSYS. I have never seen this error before and do not get it in production.
This is the responsibility I use to access and update the HR records for the necessary Org and Job for each employee.

This is a setup issue.
Navigate to System Administrator > Profile > System.
Verify at the Responsibility level the profile options
HR:Business Group
HR: Security Profile
The value for business group profile option matches the business group
defined for the security profile specified by the Security Profile profile
option
Navigate to System Administrator > Profile > System.
Verify at the Responsibility level the profile options
HR:Business Group
HR: Security Profile
The value for business group profile option matches the business group
defined for the security profile specified by the Security Profile profile
option
After changes: Forms are opening under the same responsibility.
